Smarter Than A Fifth Grader?

Jordon Hood is in the fifth grade. He attends Pooler Elementary School in Georgia.

The art teacher asked the students to draw a scary Halloween mask or picture, as one might expect for the time of year.

So little Jordon did just that. The art teacher even helped him shade the eyes. You can see his finished art work above. All just normal every day American school, nothing out of the ordinary.

However, Jordon's homeroom teacher apparently didn't like his art work. She said that the tears reminded her of Blood's gang symbolism. So she reported her concerns to the vice principal and campus police.

By the end of the day Jordon found himself suspended pending a psychological evaluation. In fact Jordon spend the following morning at a mental health facility with his mommy to discover if the boy was in fact a hard core gang member or psychopath.

The good news was after a morning of visits with mental health professionals Jordon was cleared to return to school. And everything was back to normal.

My only question is when his teacher is going to be evaluated, for her mental health?
