On the day that Sarah Palin answers questions about her misconduct in Troopergate, more awkward questions are now being asked of the McCain campaign regarding the money they are spending on her.Remember now that Sarah Palin introduced herself to the world as the no nonsense, frugal conservative that hates to see waste. Remember her bold (misleading) claims that she sold the governor's jet on eBay? Remember how she made women pay for their own rape kits to save government money?
Yet here we are with less than two weeks to the election and we find that her party has spent $150,000 on her wardrobe. And while the McCain campaign were busy making excuses about that, we hear an even more disturbing report that the highest paid staffer on the McCain campaign is Sarah Palin's make up artist Amy Strozzi. They paid her $22,800 for two weeks work!
Who would have thought that putting lipstick on a dog was so expensive?
